Training will include exercises that will enhance explosive power, this will improve your ability to accelerate, which is more specific to the distances you are likely to cover in a match - short burst sprints over 10m.

Core strength is key in any sport. An integral part of my training, core an area that can develop quite quickly and have a really positive effect on your performance.
